Various governments, officials and environmental organizations urged us to keep the energy we use to save the environment and ensure the continuity of our existence on this planet.
On a personal level, I think we also need to know how to save, focus and maximize our personal energy supply. We unconsciously and wasting our energy dissipated people, situations and ideas, attitudes and events that serve us well. This leaves less space and energy to create and attract abundance of this type we want in our lives.
Interestingly, I also found that if I remember, focus and thus maximize my energy, I tend to use less energy and get nostalgic "stuff", but more energy by turning the focus on what is really important to me that preserves the environment.
Here are 5 ways to maximize your energy profile provides.
1. Resistance Release
Launch and resistance affect a profound change in the energy level and the way they see the world. Resistance often feel as if we were going against ourselves in order to satisfy some inner power or a myriad of "should," "oughts" and "conditions of service". It takes a tremendous amount of energy to be resistant .
Associated feelings and behavior as follows: procrastination, using willpower and discipline to make changes (and known as "the fight to get what I want!"), Stubbornness, rigidity, and the desire have reason rather than pleasure (and very popular :), join the self-limiting beliefs by selling their story.
May initiate resistance as easy as just deciding to give up everything you own. Energy therapy also helps release resistance to a very deep level.
2. Reduce the time to watch TV
Watching TV unconsciously is very stressful. Not noticed that when you watch TV continuously and do just about everything, you become very tired? This is because you have a receiver of negative information that you are not working fully. Level of vitality, to take in all the rays of the TV (like a computer) and excessive stimulation at the physiological level. Of course, while watching TV, it means that you do not do something more productive.
I tell you to stop watching TV altogether? No, but to be more selective and watch only the programs you work. I would also say that stop watching TV news - all manufactured fear really affect you on a cellular level. I think my mentality, and the general atmosphere of energy significantly improve when I watch less TV.
3. Create awareness draft
I've heard people say: "Nature abhors a vacuum." If you clean the area of your life, you give the world a message to bring something to replace it. Known to clean up this mess and vital / or equipment. Equally start. Most people find it easier to start by getting rid of the material and having an impact on their energies. You create a conscious space for change to occur and what you want to call in your life. This is much easier than efforting do things.
4. Prevent / deal with energy vampires
One of the quickest ways to get an energy boost is to get away from those who deplete the energy you. It is very effective. Unfortunately, it becomes a little more difficult if your partner, family members, colleagues or your boss. It helps develop a set of powerful vitality and protection of borders, so they are less likely to affect you in this way.
5. Creating a quiet time for yourself every day.
Do nothing (unless you relax), but only to clear and refresh your mind. We humans, not actions. There are times when our busy minds and do not accept the time and place of creativity like Einstein when sailing in the afternoon, after work in the morning. Well, most of us do not have this option, but you get the point.
